Air conditioning is not common here due to coastal breeze and cool fog in the summer but there is a big ceiling fan. Centrally located in the "sun belt" in a busy neighborhood during the day, but quiet enough at night to hear the waves or sea lions barking in the distance. Friendly, Lazy pets on Property but do not interfere with access.
