Cute townhome in a great location

My boyfriend and I rented from O for 3 months while I worked a travel nursing contract at Swedish medical. Just a 15 minute drive to the hospital and the townhome is right off the popular Santa Fe street. Its a great walkable area to restaurants, art galleries, bars, and some of my favorite denver thrift stores. We had the place to ourselves while O was out of town for the winter, and having two bedrooms was nice for guests to stay, as well as the day bed in the living room. The in unit laundry and covered parking were so nice to have. This townhome was everything we could need and the location was even better than we expected, especially for the rental price. O was very friendly and communicated quickly anytime we had questions and the handbook he made for all the move in and move out instructions was super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfy and great location

I enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect and the landlord is super nice. Bonus points for cute dog!

Great townhome with incredible host

O has a lovely townhome in an excellent area. He is incredibly accommodating, and made Denver feel like home. O was prompt in addressing any issues, and took safety & security seriously at his home. I cant recommend his place enough. Thanks a bunch O!

Not worth the money

This place is not described as what it looks like. The room is incredibly small and the living room area is extremely uncomfortable. Landlord is overcharging for the limited space you get and the features that would typically come with a home.
