Great Stay!

I absolutely recommend staying here and if ever given the chance, I will again. I am a L&D travel nurse and the place was perfect distance to the hospitals (KP Santa Clara 10mins & Good Samaritan 15mins) and SJC airport 12mins. The owners are awesome! Great communication, accommodating, kind, trustworthy, and very reasonable. They give you access to their lovely kitchen and washer/dryer. They provide laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. The kitchenette where I stayed works well and meets the needs for individual cooking. Small area but very functional. The bed was comfortable and private bathroom was very clean. They have a cleaning service that comes every two weeks and the lady is very nice and does a great job. Highly recommend!! Thank you S & T for sharing your home and providing a safe and wonderful stay.

Great option for staying in santa clara

Friendly and helpful owners, nice and quite suburban setting with reasonable transport options to get to places. Definitely recommended and would stay again next tjme.

Absolutely wonderful

I was happy from the moment I got here. It is clean, comfortable, and S & T were wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, yet fully respect their tenants privacy. The separate entrance was easily accessible and felt private. It is a perfect unit for traveling professionals. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything I needed. The area is really nice and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. I have to add, S & T are really wonderful people. I lost my mother while staying here and the concern and support I felt from them during that time was tremendous. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Place!

S and T are lovely people! They provide absolutely everything you could need in terms of linens, soap, toilet paper, cookware, laundry detergent, etc. They even provide coffee and tea! That saved me a tremendous amount of money. They even brought me soup and hummus (which they make themselves), and did a grocery run for me when I was sick for a week. They are incredibly generous hosts. The place is cozy, comfortable, and very private. I felt completely safe there and never worried about parking my car. They host good, trustworthy people at their place; I never had a single problem with another tenant. Grocery shopping is two minutes away, hospitals five minutes away. You're a five-minute drive from multiple freeways and from Santana Row as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the area. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal in town.

Home away from home

I only have good things to say about this rental! Great location in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood close to grocery stores and main highways. The living space is very clean and cozy! S and T are the best; they are very kind and caring people and make sure that you have everything that you need. I had a wonderful experience living here and would definitely recommend it; it is a great space with great people :)

Best landlords

I had the pleasure to stay here for a few months and I always felt at home. It's a beautiful property, with a gorgeous garden, at a great location (close to the airport, the mall and other shopping centers), very friendly roommates and awesome landlords. S and T are truly the best, they are very sweet and kind to everyone.

Kindest Homeowners and Cute Unit

I stayed here for 2 months and absolutely loved it. The owners of the home were so kind and welcoming. They would leave baked goods out and check in on you, all while giving you space and privacy. They have a lot of pride for their home and garden and want you to enjoy it as much as they do. The unit has a private entrance and is very quiet. The room is small but cozy and you have a full closet and bathroom in the room while the kitchen is shared with one other unit. I would absolutely stay here again, I'm so glad to have stayed here for the time I did.

Gracious and friendly host :) beautiful and comfortable stay

Shmulik is the most gracious host I have rented from during my travels. From day one I felt welcomed like a new friend, and very comfortable in the studio. I truly enjoyed all of the time I got to chat and connect with him :) The studio is off the main house, giving plenty of privacy. It opens up to the beautiful backyard that was a lovely place to unwind after the day. The room and common areas have everything you need. They've thought of the simple details that make things more convenient for travelers- like providing an awesome espresso machine, stocked coffee and tea, access to the house laundry, fresh fruit from their yard and a Smart TV. The neighborhood is beautiful as well, I really enjoyed my walks and how convenient it was to everything. I will absolutely rent from him again next time I work in Santa Clara! Thank you Shmulik :)

Past traveler

Property and location are great. The owners are very kind and respectful of your privacy. I was at Santa Clara valley and it is seven minute drive. Restaurants And stores are very close. The living space was perfect. I had no trouble finding parking at night either. Neighborhood and property are quite. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly household!

Nice, clean, pet, couple and LGBT+ friendly place to live. Located in a safe neighborhood with a central location and easy access to multiple grocery stores. Owner is extremely nice and accommodating and strives to make sure tenants are happy and have everything they need, treats everyone like family! Area is new construction and has updated finishes. It does have a shared wall with owner. The space is not suited for 2 people working from home, so we had to find another space, but we had a good stay!

Great place to stay

This unit is an awesome place to stay. Shumilk is super nice and has everything you will need. He is very accommodating and checks on you throughout your stay to make sure you are enjoying your experience there. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will return myself if I'm in the area again.

The owner is such a sweet person. He makes everyone feel right at home. Both the landlord and renters are welcoming like a family. I strongly recommend this rental property!! Central local to all hospitals and walking distance from Santana Row.
