The Little House

Amazing place!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. It is a hidden gem. It definitely is a retreat after working all day. The property is beautiful. I fished out of their pond which has lots of bass, saw many deer walk right past the house as well as wild turkeys. It is quiet but yet only a 15 minute drive to hospital. Love that it has a separate room for washer and dryer, full kitchen with everything you need. Ms. K is very good at getting back with you in a timely manner if anything comes up. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would come back to stay if the opportunity ever arises.

The little house was a great property to stay at. It was close to everything, quiet and very cute. I loved the attached garage parking and the in-unit washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Happy Little Secret

My stay here has been amazing. It's away from the city, but just a few enough to be a nice quiet place. From the private garage, to the state of the art laundry room, (large washer and dryer). The host is very knowledgeable about the area. She has a book of highlights of Columbia places to go and see. She is willing and able to address any questions or problems and is very attentive. There is plenty of room for anyone, I definitely enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again.

Peaceful Stay Close to Town

I had a wonderful 7 month stay at the Little House. I have used furnished finder exclusively for the last few years and this was my favorite place I have stayed during a travel nurse assignment. Things I loved about the Little House: *Black out curtains were essential as a night shift nurse *Shower was hot with good water pressure *Washer and dryer were new and efficient *Parking for 1 car in the attached garage *New ductless HVAC system was quiet and kept me the perfect temperature *Bed was clean and comfortable *WIFI was fast and reliable *The property was beautiful, safe and quiet *K is an amazing communicator and person This property appears like it is far out of town, but it only took me less than than 15 minutes to get to the hospital. I lived in town for a few weeks waiting for this property to become available and was immensely happier living here. Thanks Kn and if I am ever back in Columbia, I know were I'll be staying!

Wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful property to stay at! It had all the accommodations I could need and Karen was super responsive to anything I needed during my stay. It was quiet and the blackout curtains were perfect for anyone working night shift. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling.

Little House

This was a great find for my 10 weeks stay in Columbia for my clinical rotation. The house is located in the country, but is a very short drive both from/to the interstate and into town. The place had everything I needed including a nice washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans. I also appreciated that starting supplies were left for me by the owner to help in case I couldn't go shopping right away (shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper/paper towels/etc). The property itself is quiet and while the owner does live on the property, she is very respectful of your space and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place in Columbia.

Little House

Quaint house located outsided the city in a quiet setting, it has everything needed for an extended stay. Open floor plan with an attached garage which which was wonderful. Nice sized kitchen area made cooking easy and a breeze. Excellent water pressure in the shower which is a must for me. High quality washer/dryer set in a separate room with the hot water heater. Commute into town went fairly quickly. Landlord was quick to respond and resolve any internet issues and contacted me about remodeling procedures in a timely fashion before the events occurred. Will gladly stay again if I go back to Ellis Fischel to work. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Little House Review

I had a great stay at The Little House. It was in a quiet location, just a short drive from town which made for an easy morning commute. Deer and wildlife could always been seen on the property. The house was equipped with everything I needed and the attached garage parking was wonderful during cold weather. The property owner was always helpful and available. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Charming cottage, wonderful LL!

I truly enjoyed my time here. It is quiet and serene. Has everything one needs for a perfect stay. The landlady is most kind and accommodating. I work night shift as a travel tech, so I very much appreciated the blackout curtains being added in. I will miss the place I've called home for 1.5 years.

Nice, Quiet Place

Very nice place to stay. Has all of the amenities. Brand new, beautiful, high-end washer and dryer in the apartment. Inside parking space was very nice especially during the winter. Quiet property so I was able to get a lot of studying done. Wifi was great and I liked the ability to login to my streaming services on the Roku/TV. Location seemed out of the way, but was actually very convenient to get where I needed to be going--the area became country very quickly but was truly not far from the highways and hospitals.

Amazing!

I have stayed here 3 times already and I have to say, its my favorite. The house is very comfortable and it accommodates its guests very well. Very clean, comfy spaces, its fully furnished with a nice bed and top-of the line washer and dryer. The host has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. I love the water pressure in the shower and how it has everything available to make your stay is a nice one! The TV has a Roku so you can watch Netflix, Hulu or whatever streaming platform you prefer. There is wifi available. Utilities are included! (Bonus!) and you can use the garage which also has a remote. I will, for sure, stay here every time I go to Columbia! 5 stars!
