Beautiful Place
My husband and I stayed here for 4 months and we loved this cozy place! Its located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is very close to the beach and downtown Huntington. The place is well equipped with everything you need and it was a very pleasant experience renting from Jim. Hes very responsive and easy going. Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect spot
I had the pleasure of living at this property for a little over 2 years. The apartment comes with everything one could ask for. Full kitchen (with a gas stove), access to laundry, large smart TV, leather couch, queen size bed, modern bathroom, and all of the daily essentials (pots/pans/towels/cutlery etc). The location itself is great. The apartment is on a quiet coul-de-sac, near all of the major highways, and a quick 5 minute drive down to the beach. The landlord is extremely helpful, and always available should any issue arise. As someone who moved in here from out of state, I couldn't have asked for a better set-up. I highly recommend staying here!

Great space
This property was wonderful!! Great location, I worked nights at UCI Medical Center, the drive wasnt bad at all and the neighborhood is quiet so day sleeping wasnt an issue. Landlords are extremely helpful, always around, very friendly.

Spacious and clean
This is a large one bedroom, very clean, private and close to the beach. It was a great retreat, and my commute to UCI was about 20 minutes with very little traffic. The owners were so sweet, and really made my stay comfortable. I would definitely rent again if I came back to Orange County.

Great Apartment in Huntington Beach!
I lived in this apartment for over a year and had such a wonderful experience! The location is perfect; close enough to the beach that I could walk or ride my bike, easy access to many grocery stores, and a short drive from downtown Huntington Beach. It was also really easy to get to the major highways that I used when commuting to work. The apartment itself is updated and cozy, and having an in unit washer and dryer was so convenient. The place also has a large amount of storage space, and is completely private as well. The owners are so kind and respond promptly to any questions or needs that arise. I truly enjoyed the year that I spent living here, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Huntington Beach area!
