This charming little house fit my needs perfectly as a traveling healthcare worker. It's a very short drive to the hospital and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The landlord is an absolute joy to work with and very easy going. Any minor issues that I encountered during my stay were quickly resolved. Things to be aware of: no in unit washer/dryer but there is a laundromat close by at the nearest intersection. There is no dishwasher but paper plates worked fine for me. If I find myself in this area again on a contract I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.
About the landlord
Kim & Chris
New Iberia is my hometown. My husband and I bought this home to have our own space when visiting family. We rent to travelling nurses so that the house is used while we aren't there. We live full time in Houston.
