Perfect and cozy
This charming little house fit my needs perfectly as a traveling healthcare worker. It's a very short drive to the hospital and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The landlord is an absolute joy to work with and very easy going. Any minor issues that I encountered during my stay were quickly resolved. Things to be aware of: no in unit washer/dryer but there is a laundromat close by at the nearest intersection. There is no dishwasher but paper plates worked fine for me. If I find myself in this area again on a contract I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.
