2 bed/1.5 bath cottage 2 miles from Kennestone...

This property was so cute! Such a good location in the city of Marietta that has the cutest downtown area. Also, very accessible to highways, which made it easy to get into downtown if need be. The house had everything I needed, was clean, and the owners are so sweet. If I ever needed something, they were quick to respond and happy to help. The only thing I will say that I had problems with was the driveway. It is a very steep incline and I have a lower car, so my car was scraping the driveway every time I came and went. Not the end of the world but still something to note if you have a lower car!

I found this property when receiving my first nursing job in the metro Atlanta area, I needed a place ASAP and the owner was incredibly gracious and understanding. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our short term stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, the move in and move out process was very smooth and we couldn't have asked for a better temporary landlord! The area felt very safe, neighbors were great, it was in close proximity to the square which gave us a lot to do, and the drive to the surrounding hospitals was definitely easy!
