Great location

Both property and owners are great. It is a nice, quiet, and safe location. It is within walking distance of plenty restaurants and other shops. It was the perfect place for a solo traveler. I would love to stay here again if I take another contract in Omaha.

Great place to stay!

Both property & owners were amazing. Its conveniently located near great restaurants, stores, etc. The owner is very understanding. Property was quiet, with very nice neighbors, and you feel safe as well which is a plus especially coming from a solo female traveler. Had great amenities. If Im ever in Omaha on another job contract this will definitely be my first choice for sure!

You will love your stay here

I LOVED it here. - It is safe and secure with a key lock. - it is very quiet, neighbors are so nice. - the kitchen is beautiful, there are kitchen utensils, basic plate and silverware available for use. - they had toiletry items available such as a lint roller, hair dryer, tooth paste, detergent, etc. - the heater works great and the TV has Netflix. I had a wonderful experience here. Id give it 10/5 stars if I could.

Convenient location and Responsive owners

Housing is very convenient to Nebraska Med. The owner was very responsive to my questions during the renting process. This is a 1 bedroom unit and the building is very secure. The unit is very clean and well stocked. It is in the Midtown Crossing area with several restaurants nearby and it is a short drive to the Blackstone area(5 minutes), downtown and old market (10 minutes) for more restaurants and night life. I would highly recommend!
