Perfect for travelers
Tracie and Ryan are the easiest landlords to work with and their property has everything you need. It is near everything you need in terms of groceries, restaurants, & gyms. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly. The hospital is only 8min drive away and Bandon dunes golf course is about a 20min drive south as well. I had no issues with the property while I stayed there, and Tracie and Ryan would always check in to make sure all is well. Nothing but good things about this property.

Cozy, Quiet, Immaculate Serenity
Ryan and Tracie have meticulously renovated this adorable Victorian home apartment! I loved it during my travel nurse assignment!! Everything is new and clean! It is light and bright with a lot of windows and amazing skylights! The bed was so comfortable and there is plenty of storage nooks! This is the top floor of a 100 plus old home and I embraced the 30 plus inside stairs to get up to my perch, but you may have to make a few trips if you have a lot of groceries:) Felt very safe with locked outside entry and your locked inside doorway... Reminded me of a dollhouse attic and I loved the old fashioned charm with modern touches! Shower is amazing!! Landlords are wonderful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, always available by text! I would definitely stay here again!

wonderful experience
Our stay was excellent! The owners were very detailed in their instructions. They were also very good about responding to texts, emails or calls. I had to return back home for daily issues but would have definitely stayed longer. I just loved looking at the water and all the wildlife. I also explored the area quite a bit. Lovey loan and beautiful scenery! T and R are awesome!

Loved our stay
My husband and I are travel nurses and took a contract at the local hospital, this was such a cozy and enjoyable stay for us! T and R were so accommodating and always reachable. We were able to bring our doggies and they loved the outside area and dock. We definitely recommend!!

Cute and Convenient
This is a very cozy house, fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and all amenities. It's lovely to be able to watch the water right out the back window. It's close to downtown, grocery stores, and an easy drive from the hospital. The owners are great and very responsive! Definitely recommended!
