Sparkling clean home in residential neighborhood

The property is well maintained and the owners are fantastic! The location is perfect-very safe. G and K went above and beyond to accommodate our visit in Albuquerque. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly.

Clean, quiet, convenient

Convenient location and in a very safe area. (I collab with multiple hospitals and the university, and this is basically near all of them). It's on a quiet suburban street, and I never had an issue with location or neighbors. It is very safe from what I could tell, and this is one of my main concerns while staying in Albuquerque since my car was broken into TWO TIMES at an airbnb I stayed at before staying here. Im justifiably paranoid. I have stayed in Albuquerque for a few months every year for the last 5 years, and the main thing I have learned is that you get what you pay for. This place isn't affordable to everybody, but I haven't been able to find anything even approaching the value of this property in the area The place was well furnished and was sparkling clean when I arrived, and had everything I needed. The location is convenient and safe. I'll definitely stay again if it's available.

Nice house

Very nice. Roomy. I found the house to be quiet, even though a corner lot. Neighbors were nice. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Sad I didnt get to stay my entire contract because I fell and broke my leg. Enjoyed easy access to highway. Walmart. Restaurants. Movie theatre. Walking areas. Nice view of the mountains from the backyard. Would definitely stay again when I go back to Albuquerque.

Short stay but worth it

After months of being in albuquerque we were finally able to get a house for rent on this site. The backyard is nice and has a nice brick grill. The interior is nice and house is spacious, neighborhood is quite. The house does have a swamp cooler which is decent but being from Texas we are used to a conventional A/C but the swamp cooler did keep the house cool. Being in different airbnbs most houses use a swamp cooler. G communicated well with anything we needed and were able to do a quick check in. I'd recommend this house and if I'm back in town I'd definitely stay here again.
