amazing location

This spot is perfect, youre right by lake Merritt. Walkable to bars and grocery stores. You cant go wrong. Neighborhood is safe and you have laundry and a gym in the basement. The apartment itself is way bigger then it appears in pictures. Lots of natural light and fresh air. I love the view from the windows. Definitely would stay again.

Diamond in East Lake

The charm of this Victorian apartment embodies home away from home. From the welcoming interior design of the home, the open space floor plan, reliable internet (great because I was working from home) and onsite amenities I was lucky to stay here. I took lots of walks to Lake Merritt and to the restaurants around the area. I highly recommend visiting Xochi the Dog Cafe ( a human coffee shop) if you enjoy dogs and caffeine. The favorite part of my stay was the host. A was always on hand to respond to any questions and had great recommendations on places to visit while I was staying there. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.I'd recommend this charming home to anyone.
