Beautiful Denver Townhouse near Denver and Aurora hospitals!

I stayed in this apartment while I was working on a project in the area. It is quiet, peaceful, and in a nice location. The kitchen has been recently remodeled, and has nearly new appliances. It is a full size kitchen. It is also nice that it has a washer and dryer. The landlord Tim is a great guy, and I enjoyed the time that I spent there. I would highly recommend this place for someone needing to stay in the area.

If you're looking for an excellent, safe place to stay for a little while, then look no further. This apartment was perfect for my needs. The downstairs had been recently renovated and felt very updated and clean; the kitchen appliances were basically brand new! Nice quiet environment for sleeping during the day if you work night shift like I do. Parking on the street outside the home was very easy and straightforward. Great location near several major hospitals in Denver too. Tim, the owner of the townhome, is a real stand-up guy. Thank you!

Perfect space for a traveler. I am a travel respiratory therapist and was assigned at the University in Denver Colorado. The owner is in healthcare as well so we had that in common. The owner is very good at keeping his space private from yours, the only thing you share is the main front door. The owner is great at being quiet and respectful beings he is in the space above you(I never had any issues with noise and I was sleeping during the day because I worked 3rd shift). I felt very safe in this area. Its nice that you get your own washer, dryer, and kitchen. Lots of great walking trails in the neighborhood and lots of shopping nearby. I was very happy with my stay.
