Fantastic! Dont hesitate!

This property and owner are absolutely wonderful! The space is updated and spacious. My husband and I felt very comfortable and never felt like we were too on top of each other. The space has everything you need and we didnt find ourselves wanting for anything. The owner is great to work with and responded to any maintenance issues immediately (there were few and they were mild). I would stay here again if I ever needed to and would recommend it to anyone!

Quiet, Private

This basement apartment is great. Nice stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, plenty of closet space, a private washer and driver. The owner checks in on you and is very accommodating. There are 2 TVs and there is internet with great reception. I am cold natured and came during the winter...because it is a basement apartment I stayed cold. The owner has space heaters available in unit but I purchased my own. She also will ask if you need her to adjust her thermostat upstairs to accommodate your temperature needs. Communication is clear. I have favorited this location in hopes to stay again if I pick up another travel assignment in the area! Location is in a subdivision near 10-15 minutes away from any gyms, grocery stores, and many restaurants. If you work a 8am shift during the week be prepared for traffic as there are many school districts. LOVED MY STAY!!!

Amazing!

My friend and I are traveling nurses. We rented the basement for 3 months and LOVED it. The owner K was super friendly and anytime we had a question she answered with in minutes. The basement was absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, quality appliances. Highly recommend her

Nurses Dream

This home had all you need and more. Very comfortable home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Close to many amenities. Basement felt like home with high ceilings and lots of space. Would definitely stay here again if taking an assignment in the area. K was a great host and available if you needed her.
