I stayed at this property for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. Susan goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and gives great tips for navigating the neighborhood when you arrive. The neighborhood is safe, and there are plenty of amenities within walking distance. Easy access to bus lines and about a 15-minute walk to the metro station.

Great place to stay in DC!

I loved my time renting this place with S. Nice, comfortable place in a safe neighborhood. It was comfortable walking distance to the metro station, and a very close walk to multiple grocery stores, coffeeshops, restaurants, and the gym. I was always able to find a spot to park my car, and never felt unsafe about it in the neighborhood. Also, it is in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood which is ideal for early evening walks. Also, S was very accommodating about any issues that would rise, which was rare in the first place. I would rent again if I ever come back to DC.

I stayed in this conveniently located one bedroom for three months while working in DC. It was exactly as described, and clean and comfortable. The unit is located in a lovely part of DC and is within walking distance of shopping and the Metro. Susan was a wonderful host and addressed all my needs. I will try to rent this place again the next time I am in town.

Great place!

Nice, clean place. Pictures are exactly what you get. Extremely convenient to metro which I walked to everyday for work. Neighborhood is safe and I never felt uncomfortable. S was super accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have picked a better place for my 3 month stay in DC. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Location and Perfect Host

I stayed at S's place while on a contract at Medstar Georgetown. I can't recommend her enough! She is very responsive and even more thoughtful. She helped me figure out how to navigate the metro and had plenty of recommendations on things to do in DC. Her place is in a very convenient location to the metro bus and is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, gym, coffee, grocery stores etc. The space is a great size and very cozy. The area is safe, quiet and has plenty of parking along the street. For anyone looking for a place to stay in DC I highly recommend staying with S!

I stayed with S this past winter and had the most wonderful experience. She was extremely responsive as a host and was always so thoughtful whether it was looking for things for me to do in DC or simply needing an umbrella for bad weather. It doesnt hurt that the location was super convenient to get back and forth on the Metro! I am so glad I came across her listing in my housing search and would gladly recommend her as a host to anyone searching for housing in the DC area.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a comfortable and conveniently located property in DC. S was a wonderful and accommodating host who is very knowledgeable of the city and places to shop/eat. The property is conveniently located to shopping and the Metro. I walked to work everyday which was amazing! The property itself is cozy and equipped with everything you need. S was prompt and supplied me with whatever I needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Location and Host

Had a great stay here. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and I never had trouble finding parking. Plenty of food options and grocery stores within walking distance. S is a great host and very responsive if you have any concerns. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I stayed at this property for 2 months and it was great, exactly what you see in the photos. The property is kept very clean and the owner is very responsive. I parked on the street and never once had an issue finding a spot. Neighborhood feels safe and is a quick walk to a grocery store, cafe, and numerous food options.

Wonderful Host and Fantastic Location

I loved my time at Susan's place. The location was ideal - quick access to bus stops and a short (20-25 minute) bus ride to GWUHS. There is a Metro station within walking distance as well. I frequently took the bus to Georgetown, the National Mall and Memorial Parks - so easy. There is a post office nearby and I was able to walk to Whole Foods and Target and several restaurants. I also enjoyed walking around Tenleytown - a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures - perfect size - and had everything I needed. Susan is a very gracious and has a great deal of knowledge about the D.C. area. My stay was comfortable and stress free and I would not hesitate to stay at her place again.
