Great Place to stay

The apartment is set up perfectly for a travel nurse. I enjoyed living there and would have extended my stay if things would have worked out better at Monument Health Hospital. The place was very quiet, which was perfect for me because I was working 60 hrs a week on nights. There was great internet service, my own laundry room and the owner was extremely nice as well as very easy to work with. The best part in my mind was the lack of barking dogs! I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Wonderful apartment!!

I highly recommend this lovely apartment. Everything was perfect, well furnished and come The landlady was always helpful and accommodating. An extra bonus, was the wildlife viewing and peacefulness. I would definitely stay here again.

3 1/2 month sat

I arrived in a snowstorm and was met by Kathy who graciously helped me carry all of my belongings inside. She had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table to welcome me. The apartment was charming and inviting. It was perfect for my needs. It came fully furnished with pots/pans and linens. Kathy had a few spices waiting inside the cupboard which were useful. The environment was quiet and I loved my outside patio to watch wildlife and city lights. The neighborhood the apartment is in is safe enough I never locked my truck and had no fears about being there alone. The location was perfect and was just about 5 minutes from downtown and anything I needed. When I had out of state family come Kathy was super accommodating and welcoming. They truly enjoyed the stay there as much as I did. I was missing my apartment before I even left! It was a home and felt just right. Kathy was generous in information about the area and being available. She was very easy to reach for any questions.

Nice piece of country just outside the city

The unit is well laid out, updated appliances, plenty of closet space, blackout shades in the bedroom, and its quiet (great if youre working night shift), Kathy is a pleasure to deal with, she made sure I had everything I needed before I moved in. If Im ever back in the area, she is the first call Ill make for my housing needs.
