Nice stay

Had a wonderful stay here. Nice and quiet house in a good location near stores. The owner was very nice and quick to address any questions or issues to make my stay more comfortable.

L's house is nice and quiet, which is just what I needed as night shift nurse. L is very helpful and makes your stay at her place as comfortable as possible.

Ms L was a fabulous landlady to rent from during my assignment at Riverside hospital which is about 15 minutes from her house. The home is strategically located in a secured neighborhood close to freeways and convenient stores. There is always ample street parking and she allows tenants to park in her driveway. The owner, Ms. L is very friendly, caring, helpful, readily available and very accommodating. She would prepare diner for me after my long 12 hours shift which I cherished and appreciated so much. I also appreciated the fact that each room had it's own little fridge and portable heater. The WiFi works great as well. My room was very beautiful and spacious. Even though they were other tenants in the house, the house was always quiet and I felt very safe, welcome, and secured. It was definitely home away from home. I will recommend and look forward to staying there if I have any future assignments in that area. Thanks Ms. L for a great stay in your beautiful home.

This property is in nice neighborhood in Riverside, very exclusive property, clean and neat. Very close to nearby walking distance to sprout, mcdonalds and grocery stores. Very convenient location to RUHS hospital and kaiser. . The landlord is very nice and works with you if you have any problems , very nice place to stay for the price

Comfortable & Cozy

L is very friendly and helpful. I was leary of doing shared housing but I felt very comfortable here. L is like family now. Great location and a nice neighborhood. Its close to the hospital I work at.

I had a great stay here. Place was quiet, neat, clean and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It felt like home! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Id highly recommend. Thanks again for making my stay pleasant. Wouldnt mind coming back.

Lovely Stay

I had an amazing stay at L's place. My room was beautiful and bed is comfortable. I was able to sleep well every night. L was very nice and kind. It felt like a second home for me. I look forward to renting again when I take a contract nearby again.

A true home away from home!

This is truely one of the best places I've ever stayed. Very safe and secured environments. I have no concerns at all. The owner is nothing else but awesomely wonderful! Very accommodating and always respectful of one's privacy. I'll surely stay in this place again. And as a matter of fact I've been staying here since Feb 2022 and as a traveler if my contract is extended, I'll surely continue to stay in this place as long as I'm in California... I love it!

Hands-Down the Greatest Place I've Stayed!

This is the place you want to stay! The host was so hospitable. My room was so great and comfortable. It was a really nice neighborhood. Parking was easy. It was centrally located to all stores and locations. L was always available to answer questions and help me out with any needs. I will be staying here next time for sure!

My Stay Was Wonderful!

This home is beautiful! Ms L is a wonderful hostess. She is always cheerful and promptly addresses any needs. She also respects everyone's privacy. The bathrooms were sparkling. There were great laundry facilities. I really enjoyed the darling backyard patio set up and the nice breezes. It is always quiet. Just a great respite! It felt like home Thank you, L!

Peaceful Private Stay

I wish I knew about this property a long time ago. Ive stayed plenty of places . Its so hard to find monthly stays where you feel at home. House accommodated all my needs. Home kept very clean. Owner sweet . She would offer me coffee or food whenever we crossed paths. Its one thing that she was sharing her home but to offer food was a plus for me. She was considerate of my days off and that made me feel good. Felt more like I was staying with a long lost aunt than a stranger. Total 5 stay experience

The BEST

This is a traveler's dream!! I couldn't be more happy with my stay here. The host is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are big and lovely and have everything you could want. The host even cooked for me! I was so comfortable here and will definitely be back if I get a contract in the area again.

The owner is very kind and compassionate, assuring that the travelers are made to feel comfortable, while providing all the required amenities to make their stay memorable.

Clean , safe and comfortable room

I stayed on L home for more than a month , L always keep her home clean and neat. She has a great hospitality and once I ask for something, she do it right a way . She is very kind person and helpful too . You will feel as you are at your home .I really recommend to anyone looking for a place nearby.

Great Find!

I feel so lucky to have found this place! I'm on a travel assignment from the East Coast so knew no one here in town. I tried Furnished Finder for the first time and hit the jackpot. The owner L is an unbelievably kind and warm personality. I could not believe the hospitality. She even cooks and does laundry for me at times. Constantly asks if you are comfortable, and goes out of her way to help with any needs. Feel like it's a home away from home. I actually may have to leave next month, but will accept an extension primarily with the comfort of my living arrangement. L you are the best!

Very Nice Stay

I stayed here for two weeks while on assignment at a nearby hospital, until my assignment got canceled. It was very nice and pleasant the owner was great and very helpful, she goes above and beyond. The only issue was a disruptive nurse that was there during my stay. You will not be sorry if you choose to stay here.

Comfortable And Warm Home

I am giving this Property 5 Stars. I was treated like family. Ms L went out of her way to make me feel at home and not get home sick since I was away from my family. I would recommend this Property to everyone.

i stayed with this tenant for about three weeks for my birthday, it was such an amazing experience and i would highly recommend. the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, parking is provided. the house is very clean and well kept! beds are comfortable, washer and dryer provided, kitchen and bathrooms are clean. the owner is really sweet so i would stay again.

I stayed here for a month while on assignment at a nearby hospital. Very clean, spacious, and homey in a nice safe neighborhood. Owner is friendly, helpful, and able to accommodate easily. Parking is offered. Washer and dryer available, Able to cook in the Kitchen. Most of other nurses stay to themselves, no issues. Owner keeps it quiet during day for day sleepers. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect home for travel nurses

This is a very nice, clean comfortable home. The owner is very nice and accommodating. My room is very comfortable and quiet. I had no issues with privacy. Perfect for nurses traveling. Very glad I chose this location, would most definitely stay again if traveling in this location. Highly recommended.

MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This is my HOME AWAY FROM HOME in every sense of the word!! My Lilly welcomed me into her beautiful home with open arms. I was very nervous about accepting this assignment since its so far away from my family; but she convinced me that everything was going to be OK. Her home is very beautiful and clean, just like the pictures. At some point, construction was going on, and she ensured that we were not bothered by it. She had the work done around our schedule. The only disruption that occurred was with a nurse that arrived after me. Demeisha Porter was very argumentative and disrespectful and did not want to follow the house rules. Ms Lilly finally put her out to make us feel safer and peaceful once again. She is always concern about us. She shared her delicious food and pastries, and is always available to help us when necessary. I will continue to recommend other nurses to stay here. This is indeed a home away from home. You will be happy very here in this environment.

Wonderful home environment and cozy room.

The owner added amenities to make my stay pleasurable .A basket was provided with clean towels, tooth paste, tooth brush, mouth wash ,lotion, shampoo, soap and shower cap. She allowed us to use all her pots, pans, dishes, seasonings to cook our meals. When you entered the home you smell a home cooked meal or baked goods, that the owner happily invites you to eat., The bathrooms were cleaned twice a day and the house was always clean. There was construction during my stay, yet I was never disturbed by noise or debris. I had a personal heater left in my room for my comfort. If you need a hairstylist, the owner is a licensed Hair Stylist. I came without a car and the owner took me to stores to pick up items I needed without complaint.. The home is clean and comfortable . I would recommend this house as a place to stay, this is why I gave it 5 stars..

Horrible tenant, horrible place!!!

Don't judge the book by the cover. Outside the house looks good...until u reach on the inside. Junk all over!!!! To make it worst the tenant is NOT accommodative. Its a lot more but these are things I found bothersome; you are given cooking times, can't park in the drive way, tv not working, room not clean (hair all over sheet, walls dirty), false advertisements due to greed, have people setting up room in hall, given blankets when temp is 35 because she won't turn on the heat on, no space to pack food, you have to store your clothes along side other people clothes in the closet. Lied about distance to the hospitals (when it can be googled), watch and talk residents with others, manipulative (want people to rent her car, she want to style people hair etc). After long 12 hrs shift, nurses don't want luxury, they want to be comfortable and that's the basic and she not providing that. I'd be happy to share pics
