Perfect Cottage

This backyard cottage was perfect for my one month stay. J is a fabulous landlord who was quick to check in or respond to any requests I had. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished/decorated. The king sized bed was so comfortable after a long day of work. It had a small but very functional kitchen and the air conditioner in the dining area was a life saver on a few very hot days. The unit sits under large shade trees which keeps the unit cool most of the time and there is a private fenced in patio out back. I appreciated their respect for my privacy and their hospitality. This is a wonderful centrally located unit with lovely people as landlords. I recommend this rental to anyone visiting Sonoma County and Santa Rosa specifically. Thanks J!

Fantastic Rental

I spent the last two years renting this unit from J. It's a fantastic property with great internal space. J was fantastic about ensuring the space was well maintained and anytime I had any issues J responded within minutes. The area is quiet and very walkable, just off of downtown Santa Rosa. With easy access to the freeway it's the perfect spot in terms of location as well. I loved my time in this rental and could not recommend it enough.

Absolutely love this place

This G unit is absolutely wonderful. Everything I need and more. You get your own little backyard which was great when the weather is nice outside. J and D were super nice and wonderful. They were very responsive and quick to address requests or issues. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood especially when it was spring. Beautiful flowers everywhere, 15mins walk to downtown, the Junior college and plenty of good food places. Overall, I have enjoyed staying here very much. I would absolutely recommend it to others.

Nice one bedroom

J and D were excellent hosts both very friendly and accommodating. The unit was very nice with nice touches. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We never felt like we would have any problems. Close to my hospital, and downtown without feeling like we were in the middle of it. We would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was top shelf!

Home away from home!

J and D were extremely welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. They were both accommodating to my needs. The studio was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed! The area is great with restaurants, stores, and malls close by. I would definitely consider staying in this studio again.

I had a great experience being hosted by Jesse. Location is convenient, close to the freeway and nearby important stores, malls, and many food places. Most places would trick you with the pictures and can be misleading, but everything that was promised was accurate. The place provided me with my own privacy and space to just chill after a long shift. If I ever needed to anything, Jesse was always responsive and would assist when he needed to. Thank you so much for hosting me! If Im ever in Santa Rosa again, I would highly consider coming back. Also, he has AWESOME lemon trees! :)
