Amazing stay/landlords.

There are not enough great things to say about T & K. They were both extremely friendly and caring landlords. You had an issue? They would get it taken care of for you. T always kept us updated on the weather and ensured we were safe. The property is well kept. It has everything you need and is comfortable and spacious. This was my first travel nurse contract so finding housing was intimidating and scary, but I landed in the best place ever. They both truly felt like family and looked out for us like family. 100% would recommend them to anyone!

I stayed at this property for over a year before it was time for my contract to end! T and K are the absolute most accommodating hosts. K took trash to the road and back every week. They made sure that I had everything I needed. We're quick to respond to any concerns (Fred the Roof Raccoon), T was so awesome about sending me weather and road conditions for my drive into the hospital when I was nervous. They salted and raked and plowed and shoveled the snow. T is quick to respond via text or in person for any and all needs. As a solo traveler safety is my largest concern. They have security cameras with corresponding motion lights. They are very active in the community so they know exactly who to call if anything was needed. They are friends with other neighbors on the street so it's a community vibe. They went above and beyond for me and I miss them already!

Amazing landlords! They have welcomed me and my two dogs to their unit for almost a year. K and T are right next door, quick to respond if any issues arise, but also mindful of privacy. Security cameras are a plus for early mornings out with my dog or to work. If I'm not home to grab a package, they kindly put it inside for me. The unit is spacious and comfortable. Basement makes for a nice area for my dogs to run around on yucky days. I have really enjoyed making this my home for the last year.

Safe Quiet and Comfortable

As a traveling nurse I was looking for something that was very convenient for me to get to work. This location is a 20 minute drive to pretty much any hospital. I have been working in St Peters and the commute in the morning and back home is perfect. It is super simple to get onto I 70 and 170 and 270 are within a few minutes. While this place is what T calls simple it has everything I need and is safe! I love having my own kitchen, and my own space!! T and K are great hosts. They are honest and just truly caring people. St Louis has been great but I will say that living in my little corner has been the icing on the cake. the airport is nearby, I can drive into the city if I want , I can drop my dogs off at the best daycare ever (Happy Tails), there are grocery stores and parks to walk in nearby. I am basically in the center of everything! Every major hospital is within 20 minutes! This has been the best place ever for me to spend my time in St. Louis!
