Best spot in Little Rock

I had a great experience staying here, and the landlord was one of the best parts of it. They were professional, responsive, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and respectfully, which made the entire experience stress-free. The location was perfect close to everything needed while still being quiet and peaceful.The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It’s hard to find a place where you feel both comfortable and valued, but this was definitely one of them. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great place with an even better landlord.

Great Place! Close to all LR hospitals!

I stayed here while working at UAMS. It was a great stay, the place is actually better than the pictures portray, huge apartment and very comfortable and stocked with everything you'd need. I work Cath lab so have to be within a 30 min call radius, this location had me to work at UAMS in only 8 minutes but its also close to children's and probably only 15 min from Baptist. Walk-able to some great restaurants and bars plus a grocery store and pharmacy just down the street! The Landlord is great, I didn't really have any problems with the place but anything I did message him about, he was very responsive and quick to handle anything that came up. I would 100% stay here again if I were to come back to Little Rock for another assignment!
