Quiet, Fully Furnished Studio Apartment

Excellent landlord

The landlords were wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Provided everything I needed. This was a comfortable basement apartment with everything including washer dryer full kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Great Place to Stay

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has everything you would want for the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's a quiet place with a beautiful back yard for relaxing in. Kathy and Rod were wonderful landlords, they take great care of the place are super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great rental, Kathy and Rod were great hosts. Everything was very clean and I had everything I needed while I stayed here. Would recommend!

Great Place

This is such a beautiful place to live in. K was great to work with and very nice people. You have everything you need in this apartment. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Very Nice bathroom. I enjoyed staying here and felt home right away. Location is great and very safe neighborhood. I would stay here again with a heart beat.

Quiet, comfy space

This comfy little 1BR 1B was exactly what I was looking for! The price was incredible for such a nice space and R and K were wonderful and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this property!
