Excellent
Stayed for 6 weeks during my summer clerkship at a law firm downtown. Hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. The home was spotless when we checked in, and is conveniently located if you are working downtown. I would absolutely stay again and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great location
Location is a great spot and close to Brentwood Franklin areas and nightlife. Gail and Sandy were extremely responsive and great to work with. Will certainly rent this place again.

The Pines, Nashville
A property that states quiet neighborhood yet has a fire station on one side, a convenience store across the street & a rail ways swap yard a 1000 yard away has absolutely no association with quiet. Furthermore, " The Pines" was beyond cluttered with a mixed bag of old junky furniture, the oddest bathroom facilities , a fireplace prominently displayed on the posting but it was merely decorative. The back yard was rotting stairs, deck, a falling fence & overgrown. The kitchen fit perfectly with the other disappointments . Summary, very professional pics that hid the truth.
