Great host
K is a great landlord. Ive stayed at her place twice. Its affordable and the neighborhood is nice to run and walk in. Its walking distance to wholefoods, Safeway, and downtown Redwood City. I had company occasionally with no issues. I cooked and used appliances she had. Bed is comfortable and its quiet. It has a lovely yard where Id sit and get a little Vitamin D when I could. Id recommend and if I do another travel assignment will stay there again.

BEWARE OF YOUR DEPOSIT
Please avoid this property it'll save you time and money. I kept having disagreements with the landlord. We would agree to send 1st months rent when I arrived but then a few days later she'll demand she needs it ASAP. and then when I told her ok I'll send it tonight. She said she needs it by today and not tonight. She also mentioned that the first month rent was due 6/29 based on the lease. but I looked at the lease agreement and it doesn't say that anywhere and also I signed the lease on 7/1 anyways. I asked for the security deposit back because of these red flags, she refuses. PLEASE AVOID.
