Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this rental. The property is nice and quiet, always felt safe in this area. Inside the apartment is luxurious, cozy, and clean. It is stocked with all necessary home equipments. It is very close to grocery stores and just a 20 minute drive to Yale Hospital. The landlords were wonderful and responsive, I had no issues throughout my 6 month stay. Check in and check out are seamless and easy. I highly highly recommend this property!

Great Stay!

This was a quiet, cozy, safe, private and homey apartment that was only 15-20 min from the Yale hospital. Area is very safe and serene. The apartment had everything needed you could think of and more. Never had any major issues and all concerns were addressed immediately. Was sad to leave but will definitely use again if I return to the area.

Excellent Rental

I had a great experience renting this unit during my recent travel contract. It was quiet, safe, and cozy. The apartment was stocked with all the necessary home items that allowed for an effortless move-in process and stay. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful when any issues came up (including a hurricane!). I highly recommend this property!

10/10 would stay here again

I stayed here for 8 weeks, nice apartment, nice appliances and furnishings. Everything was in working order. Landlords are wonderful, very responsive, and respectful of a night shift sleep schedule. Quiet neighborhood, reasonable commute to Yale New Haven Hospital. Would absolutely stay here again if I find myself back in the area.
