Quiet place in Roanoke

This was a great place for my year long assignment at the hospital. Quiet neighborhood, great place to take a stroll down the street, there's a park at the end of the road. Literally minutes to the hospital, downtown, access to the highway, pretty much everything. David was an amazing landlord. He was very prompt if you needed anything and willing to help make the stay as comfortable as possible. Would absolutely check back with him if ever in the area again.

Great place

I had an amazing time during my stay here. Carillon Hospital is just minutes away as well as down town for food and shopping. David was great to work with always available when needed, and gives great recommendations of things to do in the area. There is so much to do here specially if your an out doors lover. Plenty of hiking trails near by. Peaks of Otter is a must do. I loved driving on the Parkway, the views are stunning and fishing at nearby Carvins Cove. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Plenty of cozy space. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the area.

Charming studio apartment

This is a charming studio apartment less than 1 mile from downtown Roanoke (less than 15 minutes from Lewis Gale) in a quiet neighborhood with amenities, entertainment, and shopping close by. I enjoyed sitting and reading a book on the front porch. I recommend spending a day at the Pinball Museum and then heading over to the Blue Cow for some amazing ice cream in a waffle cone made fresh on site. David is a great landlord, he responded promptly to any questions I had. The claw foot tub is a dream. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. There is space for prep and a pantry with ample room for storage. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for travel healthcare

I stayed at this property for about 9 months for a travel assignment and it was a very pleasant, quiet place to stay. I enjoyed being just minutes from the hospital where I worked and the owner is very quick to respond if needed. The apartment was secure and I felt safe and had all the amenities that I needed. It was very convenient and I would recommend staying here.

Great location, responsive landlord

I enjoyed my stay here in Roanoke. The home is charming and I felt very safe. There's a beautiful park two blocks away. Very convenient location and very walkable. Landlord was friendly and responsive. I would stay here again if in the area for another assignment.

amazing apartment !!!!

I almost extended my contract just to stay in this apartment!! ;) The owners are excellent and very good communication! PERFECT location !! . I cant recommend it enough !!!!
