Excellent stay.
My fiance and I lived there for 6 months. It was an excellent home for us. It was a quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The community has a few outdoor areas and bunch of trails to walk on. Theres grocery stores and a Costco within about 15 minutes. The carriage house itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Marthie was an excellent host and responded quickly anytime something came up.

Quiet, Cozy, Comforting
A true gem ! Nested in a beautiful residential neighborhood with lush trees and foliage, quiet and private. Grassy park adjoining the property. The interior is clean, cozy and updated, displaying a spectacular blend of soft pastels in beige that invite relaxing as soon as you enter. Definite perk is the full-size washer and dryer .

Cozy one bedroom apartment
This cozy apartment has everything you could need to experience a comfortable stay. It is in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The nearby area has many stores, places to eat, parks, and trails to enjoy. Marthie is so sweet and made the process so easy and was always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Best place I have ever stayed.
Best place I have ever stayed. Worth every penny. The landlords are the nicest people. This is without a doubt the safest neighborhood you can stay in. The new community center/gym is amazing.There are tons of walking paths/trails/bike routes. Stores are close by. This cute little place has everything you would need. Just a small drive to the big city of Denver. I did soo.. many fun activities in this area paddleboarding, hikes, and hot air balloon ride minutes away. Loved my hospital assignment and loved having this place to come home to every night.

Beautiful One Bedroom in Erie!
This is a great one bedroom apartment! Well equipped with everything you could need - furniture, linens, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, etc. Marthie and Steve were so quick to help with whatever came up. Would recommend this apartment to any traveler looking for a nice, clean place in a quaint neighborhood!!
