Bigger than I expected!
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was one of the few dwellings Ive stayed at while travel nursing that could easily fit me, my roommate and 2 dogs, along with all of the stuff I take! The decor was nice and the tv was a good size. I would definitely stay here again :)

Basement Yes, Charming…..not so much!
The Description says Basement which is correct but the charming part is hard to see. The property overall needs some TLC and serious pest control for spiders. My biggest complaint overall is that the description does not state that you dont have control over the room temperature. The thermostat is in the upstairs unit so you are at the mercy of the tenant upstairs. You have zero control over the temperature! We were either freezing at night or sweating! Lesson learned here, I wont be renting a spot without seeing it and no more basements for us.
