Wonderful apt/hosts!

I had a wonderful stay at this modern, cozy apartment! A was very professional and always quick to respond. The apartment had everything I could need and more. On-site laundry was easy to access and always available to use. It was so nice to find a place that welcomed by pets as well! The patio was a nice touch to get some fresh air and enjoy the weather with my animals. Overall a great experience with fantastic hosts. I would stay here again if ever back in the area!

Clean and Spacious for 1-2

The place I stayed at was different than the pictures listed. I really enjoyed my stay in Southampton. It was a nice, safe neighborhood. The bathroom was small but clean with a big bathtub. I enjoyed opening the back deck door to enjoy the fresh air. Washer and dryer in the basement was easy to access.

Beautiful Place to Stay in South City Saint Louis

This property is such a beautiful and clean place to stay in the South City area! Its very close to many great stores and not too far from many of the hospitals in Saint Louis! I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again if Im ever on assignment in Saint Louis! Anthony and Rose were amazing hosts, and always addressed any problem that I had promptly! This property and the owners are amazing! My experience was great and I encourage anyone needing a short-term furnished apartment to definitely reach out to the owners for availability!

Great Accommodations

Everything about this process and property were great. The owner is very good at communication and the apartment had everything I could need. Good area, close to restaurants, stores, and work. Never had any issues finding parking. It was a true home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home!

I could not have had a better experience! From the first interaction with the owner to my lease end date, staying here was stress-free. This large open apartment is clean and fully furnished. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals for myself, and laundry is available on site. The neighborhood and other tenants in the building are quiet. I worked 3rd shift and didn't have trouble sleeping due to noise. Another big plus for me was security. I was new to St. Louis and as a female living here by myself, I was concerned about safety. During the day I would see kids playing on the sidewalk and people walking their dogs. At night the street was quiet besides some passing sirens here and there headed to the nearby hospital. The overall feel of the area was safe and comfortable. In a short time, it felt like home. Also, the location was perfect. It was a short drive to multiple grocery stores, the hospital, and a ton of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

South Hampton Apartment

The property was clean, cute, furnished and safe. A was easy to communicate with and always quick to reply. South Hampton is just a short drive from most hospitals and tourist sites. Would gladly stay there again.

Cute Mid-Century Apartment

Adorable one-bedroom med-century-style apartment close to Saint Louis Hospitals. The apartment boasts several charms of a historic building, such as original stained glass windows and wood floors. Close to all the necessary amenities, i.e., grocery store, pharmacy, pet store, and restaurants. Definitely check out the Golden Hoosier bar/restaurant that is just around the corner. Property managers are actively involved and easy to contact. Private parking in the rear of the building for tenants. Comfortable bed, onsight laundry, high-speed wifi- What more could you ask for!

Centrally Located, Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was the breath of fresh air I was looking for in April of 2021. This living space is beautifully decorated and fully furnished and equipped to move in without needing to buy additional things. However, it is simple and not cluttered so there is also room to add your own flare with decorations. Anthony was very straightforward and easy to work with, you know what you're getting and the expectations. He is professional and takes great care of his properties. I recommend renting from him and his wife!
