Loved my stay here!

I had the best experience staying here while on assignment in Torrance. Lindsay and her family are so lovely to work with and are very helpful and accommodating. The home is very spacious, with ample storage space. I could also tell that it was kept very clean and up to date. The neighborhood felt safe and was in close proximity to all that you could need, with great coffee shops nearby and a wonderful farmers market. One of my favorite stays as a travel nurse and would definitely book here again!

Great 2 bedroom in Torrance!

I visited my partner who stayed here for the whole summer while she was doing an internship, and I was really impressed. Lindsay and Matt, the landlords, are excellent people. They are very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. They made the place feel like a true home away from home. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a long stay. The neighborhood was safe and convenient, which made visits even more enjoyable. Street parking is super easy to find if you have more than one car/will have guests visiting. Overall, Id highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great temporary home with outstanding landlords.

Summer 2025 Review

This 2-bedroom apartment, including a parking spot, was exactly what I was looking for while staying in Torrance, CA for 3 months. Lindsay and Matt were wonderful hosts and were very responsive if I had any questions. In addition, the apartment's location was great as it's close to Downtown Torrance, the local park, grocery stores, and the beach! Overall, it was a great place to stay for the summer as a student, and I highly recommend it.

Amazing property

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Very safe with gate and pin pad for entry. Location convenient to all major highways. Lindsay and Matt are the best hosts.

Loved my stay!!

I loved staying at this spot. It was spacious and had everything I needed. Lindsay and her family were amazing and I am so grateful for all of the kindness they showed us. The street can be a little busy at times, but there usually always is a spot in addition to the one in the back. Both rooms have a ton of space and storage room. Also, there are a variety of places nearby so I didn't have to travel far for anything. I would totally stay here again!!!

Exceptional Hospitality, Great Place

Where to even start? Lindsay and Matt are more than you could ever want for landlords. Weve been traveling with my small shih-poo since May 2022 and weve had our fair share of good/bad experiences with furnished short-term rentals. I was obviously nervous moving to a new state, but they were incredibly welcoming, kept the place in great condition and responded quickly to questions/requests. When we needed a small desk - they even provided one with a small office chair. :) The place itself is really comfortable and cozy. The AC/Heat work well, appliances are in good condition, internet is fast and they have nice TVs in each room with a Roku. The beds are comfy and the apartment is fenced into with a nice gate at the front (to which you have a remote opener). We lived there for 6 months and would have easily done 12 more if we hadnt bought a house and planted some roots. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Amazing space with even better landlords

I stayed here for 5 months and loved every minute! The apartment is so cute, clean, with everything you need for a short or long term stay. The AC/heat works amazing, the interest is fast, and having in unit washer dryer was amazing. My boyfriend and I both worked from the unit full time, so we spent a lot of time there and loved every minute. Theres plenty of storage, kitchen stuff for cooking, and comfy beds. It was also great having a dedicated parking spot and the unit is very insulated from noise. The most amazing part though was definitely Lindsay and Matt - the landlords. They were above and beyond in terms of friendliness, responsiveness, and support. When we had a small repair need, they were on top of it right away. They also always delivered mail/packages to our door. I have lived in dozens of apartments and they are bar none the best people I have ever rented from. The only reason we moved was because we bought a house - otherwise we would have happily stayed there for longer! If youre looking for a comfortable, safe, reliable home with supportive landlords you found it!

Sad to Leave! :(

This was the perfect property for me and my dog! The listing is exactly how the property is described. The beachy decorations really make the place feel homey. The owners were very friendly to talk to and it helps they are huge dog lovers! They were attentive to anything I needed throughout my stay. They made me feel at home and it was obvious they both truly care about your experience while staying there. Even though the property is next to a somewhat busy street, you cant hear anything from inside the house, which was perfect as I am a light sleeper. Huge plus on the big smart TVs in the rooms with blackout curtains. I also loved the in-unit washer/dryer, gated parking, and powerful AC units. There are multiple parks and fun activities in the area, which makes going out after work really enjoyable. I took full advantage of the farmers market right down the street, too! I would definitely stay here again.

I want to start off by saying the host was very consistent. She always responded to me in a timely manner. She made me feel welcomed. The place was spotless. I had everything I needed and more. I felt right at home. I will definitely stay here again. This was one of my favorites and Ive stayed plenty places!!! :)

Worst landlords ever

If I could give this zero stars I would. Landlords are the worst, most unkind souls I have come across in my 8 places of living through travel nursing. Upon arrival, the place was CAKED in dust, there was still feces on the toilet, food on the walls of the kitchen, and a urine smell in the closet floor. Lindsay said she would not charge us for the cleaning fee but then stole $250 from our deposit upon move out anyways. She expected us to be her cleaning people. I was charged a $300 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee, but the small space where my dog could go to the bathroom was NEVER MOWED. With $3000 per month's rent, there is no garbage disposer in the kitchen sink. There is a tiny trash can that was bought from the dollar store for the kitchen, which would make the whole place even more stinky. There is AC in the bedrooms but no AC in the kitchen, the stove is not insulated, and the stove tops do not put out flames- it is like the flame setting is on low when actually on high. Great Private Space & Parking

Our hosts were lovely - kind, respectful, and so understanding of the night shift life! I enjoyed the king size bed and TV in my room - everything was as pictured. I appreciated having a parking space for my car since I like not having to worry about looking for street parking (which is actually plentiful in the area). Everything is close and my drive to work was only ever between 15-25 mins. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose for work!

Great place

SUCH a great place! The owners are very kind, hospitable, and easy to talk to. Huge plus that they were dog lovers as well. My pup and I stayed her for about 6 months while I was on an assignment. The neighborhood was quiet with a ton of street parking. I was thankfully designated a parking spot in their huge driveway which I appreciated because the traffic could be a little busy. Great location, wasn't too far away from any freeways and it was only 5 minutes away from the doggy day care I took my pup. If in the area and needed a place to stay I would definitely contact them again.
