I own a split level home, and I am renting my lower level that consists of 2 furnished bedrooms, 1 bath, furnished private living room, kitchenette, laundry room. Wonderful Stay!
This was the PERFECT unit for me and my boyfriend (plus our dog). The unit is the whole downstairs level with doors to every room so you can have all the privacy you need (plus it has its own private entrance to the garage and backyard). The kitchenette is equipped with a big air fryer that I was able to use for basically every meal. And M was an amazing host - she had so many recommendations for food, drinks, activities, etc. She is also super communicative and just a fun and friendly person to hang out with. We were so sad to say goodbye!

Petty landlord:no privacy
Landlord is unfair and will keep your deposit, she charged $160 for pillows that she is still using, charged me to clean her part of the house as well. She took pictures of my stuff while I was at work. You can hear her entire conversations and she stomps around all the time. Beware, no privacy and not friendly. Will tell you one thing to your face then get really petty and keep all your money.
