Great spot, no issues

Nice home in a safe quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking for one car was great to have, and the yard was nice and spacious for my pup. Perfect for a couple or two roommates.

Incredible place

This place is a great location for many Boise locations. I was contracted at St. Lukes COSM and it was just a few minutes away. I had to pay for the electric here so if this is something you dont want to do be aware.

Loved staying here

I stayed here while working a contract at St. Alphonsus and loved it. It took about 7 minutes to get to the hospital and even on the snowiest days I had no issues making it into work. Its a quick drive to downtown Boise which is such a fun and safe city with awesome restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to the green belt which is beautiful. The townhome itself was very spacious and had all of the amenities you can thing of. We had no noise issues from the neighboring tenants and KW was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Great Place for Nurses

My friend and I lived here during the summer 2022 while working at St Lukes Meridian. We loved it, its super cute and clean while boasting a great location. Its equidistant from St. Lukes Boise or Meridian and only a few minutes from St. Als. Also a bonus, its right next to a park and the greenway so we always had places to walk our dogs. KW is really helpful and responds super quick if we had any issues which we never did. The house has a keyless entry and a garage for extra stuff. The guest room was perfect for visitors. We loved it and would stay again!

I am a travelling professional and stayed at this property while exploring the Pacific Northwest. The townhome is located in a central location--very close to downtown Boise, multiple ski areas, numerous mountain biking and hiking trails trails, and there is a large park right next to the townhome. Also, it is located next to the Greenbelt and the Boise River, which makes it perfect for walks or bike rides along the river. The townhome itself, included a secured parking garage that was connected to the townhome. The townhome was clean, spotless and included every amenity that anyone could ask for while travelling, whether short term or long term. The host thought of every single detail. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extras of everything. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very safe. Restaurants and grocery stores were very accessible to the townhome. The host was very professional, prompt in communication, and friendly. 100% recommend and would stay again!
