Quiet neighborhood but easy access to main highway and stores

I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for a quiet neighborhood, easy access to main highways and stores and an awesome landlord. She is very sociable and welcoming, but not overbearing or getting into your space. I cooked a lot here, had access to the living room area, and took advantage of the walking trails and marina close by. As long as you keep it clean and organized, you will have no problems. I can say I made a new friend indeed!

Affordable, cozy, and comfortable

For being my first time renting a room from someone, I couldnt have asked for a better roommate. K was charming and always made sure I was comfortable while staying at her home. After speaking with other nurses this by far was the most affordable place to stay in. I had my own room, bathroom, outside parking spot, and was able to use the kitchen and living space. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a room to rent.

Cozy, Close to Work, & Wonderful Host

I have never felt so at home away from home - K made her home feel comforting to come back to after a long shift. She has shared living spaces and still allows you to feel like you have your own space. Her pictures are exactly how her home is and I loved every bit of it. Close to AAMC (10mins; 15 w/ traffic at most) where I was on contract for an extended amount of time. I also had a parking spot for my car - yay! K has lived in the area awhile and has tons of recommendations for where to eat and visit. She is easy going and straightforward, which I appreciated when it came to learning to live with someone new. Our personalities meshed so well - I loved being able to make a life-long friend like her during my travels. Would definitely come back to stay with her!
