The Perfect Studio
I rented for 9 months and could not have asked for a more perfect place or location. It had everything I needed, and Kara and Vince were the most gracious and kind hosts! It is very safe and quiet, and it has a beautiful outdoor patio space. I will miss it!

Perfect Studio on the bench!
I stayed in this cute little studio for 10 months while on an assignment, and loved it! The location is perfect and I really enjoyed the greenbelt in the summer! Kara and Vince are great hosts and made my stay very enjoyable! Anyone who stays will love it here :)

I loved this place!!
I loved this staying in this studio! It is small but has EVERYTHING that you need. The property owners were wonderful and so inviting. I stayed for an initial 3 month contract, then I was able to extend an additional 6 months! They were very accommodating and lovely. I do miss my little studio on the Bench :) Thank you K and V!!

Amazing studio in perfect location!
Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while working in Boise! Very clean and cozy with ample storage. Stayed nice and warm in the winter and perfectly cool on hot summer days. Was very quiet and tucked back from the street which worked out great when I was working nights. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a private patio. The location was idea, I could bike or walk anywhere from there! Truly cannot say enough great things about the studio and the owners were awesome to work with!
