Beautiful place

This is a beautiful property with great view of the water and downtown seattle. The landlord is nice. I had to pay by check which complicated things a little bit since I did not have any checks and my bank was not on the west side of the state (I am from eastern washington). The unit needed a bit of cleaning when I moved in and there was other people's belongings still in the unit so it appeared that the place had not been cleaned out prior to my move in. However, although a little unprofessional, he was friendly and willing to work around my schedule and accommodate me with his open house/ house showings while I was there. So all in all, it was a decent place to stay during my 13 week contract. And the home owner was pleasant, offering suggestions of local activities and was respectful of my privacy.
