Great stay!!
It has been a pleasure staying at 14 School Street! The apartment truly has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Lucia has been wonderful to deal with always responsive, kind, and quick to address anything that comes up. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!

great stay!
3 story building. This place is on the second floor. It was a great location! Near the police station and safe area. Easy access to the bus to get into Boston quickly where you can take the T trains. Came with parking which was great since I needed my car here. Laundry is not in unit but it was in the basement shared by other tenants, but never had a problem accessing it when I needed it. Overall great place to stay. Very thankful!

So Convenient!
Great little place within EASY walk of the bus lines and RIGHT next to the police station (literally, you can get on their wifi...). L is an involved (but not overbearing/invasive) landlord and a wealth of information and recommendations for the area.

The perfect place and the perfect host
Where to begin? To start, L is an outstanding host and was so patient with my boyfriend and I when we were first looking for a place to stay and deciding between a couple of properties. She has been quick to respond whenever there was any issues and fixed them quickly. Communication has been seamless. The property itself is beautifully decorated and I truly havent been to a sort term rental that was so clean and well maintained. Furniture and kitchen appliances were everything you could ask for and more from a furnished apartment. Beds are very comfortable, gas stove, plenty of living room space, I could go on and on. The location is convenient to get to the heart of Boston. I definitely recommend this space for people who are looking to enjoy the beauty of Boston!
