Great safe place to stay with all the perks

I stayed here with another traveler and it was GREAT! We felt super safe here, the house was beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen and appliances are brand new! You have a shared space between the other tannates to do laundry and what not but everything is super private. I know for a fact if I travel back to the bay area for another assignment I will be coming here! Host was professional responsive and kind! Your place is cleaned once a month but you also have supplies to clean with if you so desire. Backyard has some fruit trees which is nice. There is only space for three cars and the third spot will require a vehicle that can get over a curb. When all three studios and this 2 bedroom is occupied you may have to street park but there is plenty of room for that and my car was safe on the street. Great place to stay highly recommend!!

Perfect for 2 Travelers!

So Ive been a travel nurse for 3 years and I can hands down say this is best place Ive ever stayed in! The unit is very beautifully designed and gives a great home feeling. Loved the full sized kitchen and although its one bathroom, theres plenty of storage space in the bathroom and 2 sinks. Laundry was great even with the other tenants, no one really over lapped. Actually never saw the 3 other people staying in the attached units so I would say it was great privacy. Theres parking in front the house for 3 cars (basically first come serve) but the street parking in front the house is VERY ample and pretty much always available. Landlord/Property manager was very responsive, when the fire alarm low battery sound started to beep, she quickly Amazon a package of new batteries. I highly recommend this space, you will be comfortable!

Excellent Property!!

Stunning updated and clean property. Every detail for your comfort and convenience of a long-term stay was thought of. Newly renovated so the appliances, beds, furniture, and bedding are all like new. The interior decor designed by J is bright, cheery, and modern. Lots of on-site parking, laundry, and a well-stocked kitchen made it so you can move in with just your suitcase of clothes and feel at home. Highly recommend!! We hope to be back next summer!

Great Find!!!

This property was everything I needed for my stay. The property was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully decorated w the travel healthcare professional (Black out curtains was a life saver for night shifters!) J, the property owner is very sweet and attentive to my needs. She responds promptly to any issue that arises. I would definitely be looking at this place's availability next time I am in town. I highly recommend this place if you find it available for your stay in the area.

Such a wonderful home!

This house had everything we needed. It was modern, clean, and a housekeeper would come every month to clean the whole house. J, the owner of this place, is so sweet and super attentive if you ever need anything. Definitely recommend this home to anybody! Its a 15-20mim drive from Stanford Hospital if you take the Dumbarton bridge.

The BEST home away from home

We loved our furnished finder The listing is exactly as described and made the perfect home away from home for 5 months. The home is really beautiful and has lot of details and nice touches. The house was stocked with all the basic essentials & more that we needed. As night shift nurses, sleep is an essential. Our home was always quiet, cool and had great dark curtains for our fellow night shift nurses!!! Our landlord, J, was absolutely AMAZING. We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home here. She is so approachable and kind, we always felt comfortable coming to her with any concerns or questions. Excellent option if you are coming to the bay!!!

AMAZING STUDIO (Unit C)

J is very welcoming and kind. When I first saw this posting, I legit thought it was a scam and thought "Oh no, this is too good to be true." But, J proved me wrong LOL!. She is definitely real and this location is real. I really liked staying here. I loved the furniture and style in the unit I was in. One of my favorite parts of the unit was the bathroom mirror! haha! Overall, I had a really great experience, the property is well kept, and cleaning once a month for just a one time $75 fee was so worth it! There are grocery stores and shops close by. I highly recommend staying here. If it wasn't for signing on at staff at Stanford, I would have extended my stay.

Best home away from home

I stayed in studio B and this review will do no justice. Everything was perfect for me and Im sure it will be for you too! J, the renter was so attentive, kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to all my needs. The studio itself was so beautifully decorated, I couldnt have done a better job myself. And dont get me started on the bed! I need to get one just like it ASAP! You will sleep like a baby! This felt like a mini charming home while I was away from mine. If you think youll be home sick, you shouldnt, as there are many natural visual aesthetics inside and out to help you appreciate life. Orange tree in the back with a table (I ate the juiciest orange from it), a park 3 houses down, plenty of birds that sing to you in the morning, and many more secret gems to be discovered. There is a place for all your belongings to be put up. Dont hesitate, this is the cutest studio you will find! Trust me, Ive looked for days before stumbling on this one!

The cutest charming home away from home

This was the best charming studio I could have picked. I am so grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful, well decorated studio. The bed alone made me want to stay forever! I need that same mattress ASAP! I had 2 over weight bags and was able to unpack and find a spot for all my belongings! They really thought of every need you should have. Jennifer is an amazing owner of the property and very responsive during questions or anything I needed. This place is a no brainer to any renter whose taste is on the finer end and looking for an affordable, comfortable, charming place to call your home when your away from home! You wont regret staying here!

Cuuutest unit ever . It has everything you need and if it doesn't Jennifer is never more than a text away for anything at all. I'm a solo female traveler and I always felt safe. If I get the chance I'll definitely be back. Stay here if you can

Great Find!

Myself and a fellow travel nurse stayed here while on assignment at San Jose O'Connor Hospital. Convenient location to Interstate and various grocery stores/ shopping. The property is fully furnished and had all the amenities we needed to make us comfortable. Washer and Dryer in unit which is a requirement for me. Our host, Jennifer, was very prompt and at our beckoning call whenever needed with just a phone call away. She even stocked the unit with goodies prior to our arrival. Jennifer is very attentive to your needs and personable. As a very important side note, the beds and pillows were AMAZING! High quality furnishings and comfort were put into thought for every aspect of this unit. I would highly recommend renting from Jennifer! She is great! Her thoughtfulness shows through her hospitality and effort to leave nothing undone when it comes to your comfort! Thanks Jennifer!
