safety and comfort

This property is very secure, you have to key fob to get to safe parking on the second level and also have to use it to get into the apartment building itself. Besides the occasional fire trucks/ambulances it's very quiet and it's like you're in the building by yourself! . Z and S are very responsive! Walking distance to many different things as well! Stayed here for a while when I was contracted in charlotte, it was my home away from home!!

Very cute place in a great location! I was able to walk to the grocery store and many yummy restaurants! Z and S are very responsive and great hosts! I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is perfect for someone working at the hospital or in the area. I walked to work, the grocery store, and the park! The hosts are very responsive to anything you need. Definitely recommend this condo!
