Amazing stay!

Ive had an excellent stay here in the room I rented. Rob, Dorrie and family are incredibly friendly and do everything possible to make the stay as great as possible. The property is tucked away on the edge of a park and truly feels like you are out of the city. The room is comfortable and exactly as described in the add. The bed is comfortable and the room has a nice tv, dresser, refrigerator, keurig machine, and your own bathroom just down the hall. Best of all, is Dottie (Goldendoodle) greeting you every night when you get home from work. A+ stay and highly recommend!

Amazing hosts and wonderful stay

The host is truly one of a kind. Theyre accommodating, friendly and trustworthy. They were such a pleasure to stay with and answered many questions during the into meeting and were open to chatting or including me to feel more at home. The space itself is truly quiet and tucked away. The room came with full furnishing including a tv, fridge, coffee maker and more. I greatly enjoyed my stay here and exuberantly suggest anyone to check the space out

Well Worth the Price

The P are truly wonderful people who will treat you like family as soon as you move in. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this room is an absolute gem that won't cost you an arm and a leg. Nestled in a quiet, safe, and secluded neighborhood, the property feels like your own private park. The room itself is incredibly comfortable and provides all the amenities you need. Having a private bathroom right across the hall is also a huge convenience. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to get away from it all while still being close to modern conveniences.

Relaxing and beautiful

Staying here at the Peace's residence was amazing, they were always warm and welcoming and ensured a great stay. Tucked into a quiet wooded area, you will not miss traffic and loud road sounds. The environment was relaxing both inside and outside the home with plenty of space to explore. I never felt alone as I was greeted with a warm welcome every day from their loving pup. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone interested in a relaxing and warm environment.

Awesome stay!

I stayed here short term, and it was perfect for what I was looking for! Super quiet which was a big plus for me as a healthcare worker to be able to sleep during the day. I loved being so close to the trails behind the house. Their dog Dottie is the absolute best and is always down to tag along on walks/hikes if you are looking for a friend. I really appreciated that there was a mini fridge and Keurig in the room. The property owners are also very accommodating and thoughtful hosts:) Overall a great stay!!

Perfect for short or long term stays

D and R are amazing hosts who allowed me to stay for 5 months while working in Springfield. Their house backs into the Fountainhead Regional Park, so if you enjoy being out in nature, this is the perfect place for you. In addition, the bed Is very comfortable and cozy. Their sweet pup, D, will also steal your heart and will be more than happy to accompany you on your walks/ hikes. Their kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking device you could imagine.

Quiet & Convenient Area

This property is located in a very quiet and safe area. I am able to get to work in less than thirty minutes. Every shop or service I need is within just a short drive. I would definitely recommend this property to any traveling health-care worker. Also, the property owners are very helpful and willing to assist new arrivals with getting settled into their new space.

Simply the best!

The hosts are amazing! D and R really go above and beyond for their guests- they treated me like family. The house is lovely and the location is scenic. It was the perfect place to live while I did my clinicals the room is clean, private and quiet. The newly renovated bathroom was just perfect. I would absolutely come back and stay here again and I highly recommend this stay for anyone in the area! Thank you D and R for your kindness and hospitality, I will miss you guys!

Very pleasant stay

A very comfortable and convenient stay while waiting for a new house to be ready. Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a rental and the recently renovated bathroom is five star luxurious. My hosts were very pleasant and accommodating to any request. A lovely country setting thats close enough to conveniences.

Great owners

Owners are very welcoming! Private bathroom is kept very clean and has cleaning service weekly. They respected my space and my properties which is really great. D and R P has been amazing and is very recommended!

D and R have been great hosts! Their family is so welcoming, this was my first time traveling and they made it a great one! They were very respectful the entire time. The house itself is wonderful and the location is peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
