Perfect accommodation!

We stayed at As condo for 4 months and loved it! Its in a great location - 10 min from king st and 10 min from the hospital I worked at. The condo is well furnished and the kitchen has really anything youd need. We especially loved the porch and grill as well as the complex and amenities. A is a great landlord; responsive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Charleston Oasis

This property has far exceeded our expectations for Charleston living! The location is close to downtown so you can be in the action within 10 minutes, but still far enough that you can stay within the adorable West Ashley neighborhood and be perfectly content! It is also very close to the Medical District, for fellow healthcare workers. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is safe and filled with several amenities that have made our stay even more enjoyable (the gym in particular has been great and super convenient to use!) The landlord, A, has been a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend renting from her for this property, or others that she owns, as I am sure you would be in excellent hands! We truly couldnt have asked for a better living situation during our three month stay in this beautiful city!

Just what I was looking for!

One of the main requirements I was looking for when choosing a place to stay while travel nursing was a full size kitchen. I got that and more. The place was very well-kept, clean, and had everything I needed for the most part. A was very responsive to any questions I had. The complex was very quiet and had no incidents with neighbors. Love the back porch, large kitchen, and large living room. The high ceilings make it feel much bigger and much more appealing. All appliances worked as expected. Also, if youre looking for a gym to use, the gym that is included with staying at the complex has everything you need for a fantastic workout! I didnt stay during the summer months, so I didnt get to take advantage of the pools, but they look very nice. Highly recommend this place!
