Good location

I stayed here for 4 months for a clinical rotation. It was in a great location, very close to cafes, parks, shops, restaurants and walking distance to CHOP! The apartment is exactly what it looks like in the pictures and Laura was very responsive when problems arose.

Excellent!

Stayed here during a rotation at HUP and would absolutely recommend. Laura helped draft up a rental agreement within hours after my original apartment in Philly turned out to be a train wreck. This apartment on the other hand, was furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. In unit washer/dryer was a major plus. Everything worked great, place was spotless, no insects or pests. You could walk to HUP safely, a little less than 1.5 miles. Surrounding area represents some of the best spots in downtown Philly, short walk to Reading Terminal Market, tons of awesome bars and restaurants. Just close enough to have everything at your fingertips, but also quiet and very safe. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great Spot

A great place to stay for a short term rental. I stayed in this apartment for a few months and cannot recommend it enough. The space is clean, fully furnished with sheets, towels, basic kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies and decorated nicely. The street is quiet and its the perfect distance to everything-- the park, grocery store, coffee shops and more. The host is extremely attentive and answered all my questions promptly. If you're looking for a roomy studio for your stay-- this is the place.

Excellent Rental

Excellent property located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place came fully furnished and was a great deal. All utilities were included, and the owners are very helpful and communicative. Perfect for a professional who needs short term quarters. Furniture, dishware, washer/dryer, sheets/bedding are all included in this fully furnished property. They even provide soap for the bathrooms and cleaning products for the bathroom. And the owners are also very lenient on flexibility of the length of time of your stay. You can basically keep a month to month lease for the price that you agreed to initially, provided that you're open about the dates that you need to move out and give them proper notice. Great experience overall.

Great location, good apartment

This is a great studio in Philly! It is on a cute and quiet street close to the beautiful Rittenhouse square. The apartment has everything you might need (towels, dishes, desk, etc) and the owner is very helpful with any issues that may arise. Would recommend staying here!!

Great Apartment

I moved from Boston to Philadelphia and needed a furnished apartment for a few months. This apartment was perfect, plus it was in a great location and L was always responsive. I highly recommend.

Perfect apartment in cute neighborhood

As a travel nurse it can be very stressful finding a nice apartment with trustworthy landlords in an unfamiliar city. This place is it. Clean, nicely decorated, all new amenities, extra storage space next to the washer and dryer. Didnt have a single issue while living here- the landlords are wonderful and really thought of everything. The neighborhood is cute and feels very safe. Coffee shops, parks, grocery stores all within walking distance.

Exceptional Apartment

The apartment is amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. It is perfectly located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but centrally located to multiple locations in the city. From the furniture to the appliances - everything in the apartment is high quality. Very clean as well. The landlords are great people and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
