Wonderful!!

Amazing unit!!! I had a wonderful stay and 10/10 recommend this basement apt. Natural light comes through the west-facing door all day cool in the day and warm at night. The refrigerator, washer and dryer are all updated. The place is well cared for. The lawn and flower landscaping is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy and with good restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in multiple directions all walking distance away. As a commuter to Seattle Childrens Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and the UW campus libraries and UW light rail station, this was a perfect spot. Ms. Pamela is a wonderful landlord/host and incredibly responsive and easy to coordinate with.

Fantastic Spot for Single Travelers!

This basement apt has been the BEST living situation for myself since being here. I'm a night shift ER nurse that has had the best experience living in this area. The home is in a quiet, relaxed, safe, and easily accessible neighborhood that has everything you need within walking distance. Grocery stores, shopping centers, parks, biking trails, gas stations, you name it, odds are its less than a 10 minute walk away! For the price you're paying for this spot you're going to feel like you're stealing. Seattle is booming right now with travelers and to have your own space, free street parking, utilities covered, and an in unit laundry area for this price is UNHEARD OF! To top it off, P (the BEST landlady) truly lives up to her last name of being a "B". She's extremely communicative and checks in on and off to make sure you have no issues. The next person to land this spot will 100% love it. I could not have had a better home for the last 7 months!
