Great place to stay!

A big part of what makes a good assignment is being comfortable with your living arrangement. I stayed here from July-December. I loved my time here. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is lovely and equipped with everything you could possibly need. My dog loved the yard. There is a gas grill and nice patio furniture. The garage was very nice to have when it was cold. Dakota is very responsive and a great landlord. I would definitely stay here again.

Property Review

I absolutely loved my stay here during my assignment! The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is about 15 minutes from Monument Health. The house is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Dakota is very responsive to any needs you might have during your stay, and has gone to great lengths to make the house comfortable and well stocked with everyday amenities you might need. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Home

This house was great for us while we stayed for our travel contract. D the landlord was kind, prompt, and has great communication with any issues that arose. The neighborhood is very good and safe. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard is big and fenced and was nice have a garage. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This was a great house to rent. Safe neighborhood, house had everything we needed, including our own washer/dryer in the basement and great neighbors. D was spot on if we ever had a issue. We were in the process of building a home and kept running into problems. D was more then gracious in giving us extra time. House is cozy, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Yard is huge and D was good about upkeep of the yard. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely move back if needed.
