An Overall Amazing Place!

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Dalen! D is an amazing landlord. If anything came up he responded immediately and got things done right away. D made the move in and move out process very quick and easy and was always understanding and there for you. The home is beautifully decorated, inside and out. All of the rooms were comfortable and you have everything you need to stay here. It was so peaceful to come home to and I really appreciated that. D did an amazing job maintaining the pool, yard, and pest control during our entire stay. I can't forget how awesome it was to have a full gym in the garage and the pool! The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and as a student it was very beneficial when it was time to get studying done. I honestly miss Casa Dalen and how overall amazing it was. The monthly rent is definitely worth the price for what you're getting here. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for long term stay in South Florida!

Great place to stay!!!

We loved our stay here!! Great location, quite neighborhood and lovely home! We enjoyed the beautiful backyard; the pool was our daughters favorite spot to be! Mr. David was a great host and the communication was excellent! We highly recommend this place! Thank you for a great stay!! S

True Oasis!

I have so many good things to say about Casa Dalen, I don't even know where to begin. From the start, communication with D was excellent and made the whole rental process so stress free and easy. I stayed there for 6 months and anytime I needed something, D was a txt message away. Truly awesome landlord. The house itself was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and was literally an oasis for me away from the hectic Miami scene and long stressful work days. The neighborhood felt very safe and was close to all the major roads and nightlife. The guitar hotel was literally minutes away. I was on call a lot and would be up at all hours of the night for emergencies and not once did I feel unsafe going out to my car. The house has a full gym and heated pool which was SO NICE to come home to. The master bedroom bed was AMAZING! I never had a bad nights sleep in that bed! I would love to stay there again if my travels take me back to south Miami. I honestly miss being there!
