I stayed here Jan-March. It was the best thing about the whole contract. I loved my 2nd floor porch to sit see and listen to nature. So peaceful. The room was perfect for me and bed comfortable. Was great just walking across the hall to do laundry. Was a very homey room for me. It is an older home with great history. Judy was a great host and enjoyed talking with her and Jim. My drive was 15 min from PMC. If I ever go back to the area I would definitely stay here.

Safe, Quiet, Spacious!

I spent a month in Rock Hill staying at this location but wish I stayed longer! After reading the previous review about the safety of the location I was put at ease and the review explained the place perfect! The landlord is there if you need her but gives you your privacy if you dont and she is very accommodating if you need anything! The location is safe and so quiet, even when taking walks in the area around the lake and golf course the people in the neighborhood are kind. If I go back to Rock Hill, which is likely I will definitely see if this property has a room available first!

Peaceful and Beautiful!

This place was a dream, especially for the price! Imagine a plantation home with HUGE rooms, in the country club with a golf course and lake across the street. This was my first time staying in a room in a house with a shared entrance so to say I was a little nervous was an understatement, however, my anxiety was quickly put to rest upon pulling up to this place and after meeting J . J & her husband were the sweetest! J checked in on me via text, but was never overbearing and was easy to communicate with. This place was so beautiful, peaceful, & quiet! It reminded me of my grandparents' house. If you are a working mom/wife like me & looking for somewhere quiet & safe, THIS IS IT!

Amazing stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. J is a wonderful hostess. She takes great care of her property and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. It is a beautiful home with spacious rooms. I had a decent commute to Piedmont Medical Center, 10-15 minutes average. Highly recommend!
