Perfectly cozy!

Tiny house is everything I expected and more! V has thought of everything and designed this space incredibly efficient. I loved coming home after work to this space, it felt like home away from home! - Comfortable to watch TV and relax on the main floor and upstairs while in bed. - Internet speed is excellent. Some outage issues but mainly with bad weather. On that note, even during bad weather I never lost power. - Kitchen is small but has everything you need with plenty of fridge and freezer space. - Laundry on site. - Less than 5 min drive to Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Panera....and so much more. Only a 10min drive to Augusta Health. - Great communication with owner, fast response to any issues. AC/Heater unit on the main floor and window AC with fan upstairs. Hotter months temperature was easy to get comfortable. The colder months the main floor was a little harder to keep warm. Upstairs is open to the bathroom but no big deal if solo traveler. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the tiny house for a month and it was a great experience! The host V is very accommodating and has put in so many thoughtful touches. She also had great suggestions for the areas and was very quick with communication.

I absolutely adore this property!! I am a traveling nurse from Florida and found this property on this site. I knew I was going to like it but I FELL IN LOVE with it. This property got EVERYTHING you need especially for those who had traveled far away from home. It is quiet, private, cozy I love coming back to MY TINY HOUSE every day after a long day at work. It has become my sanctuary. The fast-speed internet has made a big difference when I need to work on my school assignment juggling the search engines. Ms. V, the landlord, has been just so helpful and accountable whenever I need something or I have questions, she would respond promptly. My clinical manager even knew how important for me to be able to continue my lease with this property before I have decided to extend my traveling contract because this tiny house is a key component of me wanting to stay in VA longer. I would recommend this property to anybody short- or long-term but especially to travel nurses!!
