Amazing Stay!!

Where do I start!? By far the most amazing stay I had while working a travel assignment. I worked at Riverside Health and this location was less than 5 min away. Quiet area, and the property manager respects your privacy. He also supplies you with all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property manager is very approachable and willing to assist you in any way. I would recommend this place to any traveler looking for privacy, quietness, and to stay close by their facility.

Do NOT stay here!

I tried reviewing this property before but the review would never go through. This was an absolutely terrible experience. I could go on and on about the issues I had while staying here. The owner was very unprofessional. I ended up having to leave early due to me having covid and the owner was not willing to refund me any money and argued with me through text. Do not recommend this property at all!!

Best accommodation Ever!

I really enjoyed my stay here, everything about it was perfect for me. I only intended to stay for a month, but i ended up extending because it felt like home. It is very clean, the environment is lovely and peaceful too. The other nurses were friendly too and we all got along really well and also respected each others privacy. The landlord was always available to answer any questions, which was really helpful for us. I will definitely be coming back very soon.

Terrifying Experience

I found cameras in and out of the house. He showed up to the house unannounced. He told me that the house was all travel nurses- it was not. This is a really scary place for women in particular. Landlord (C) texted me at 8PM on a Friday "I will be around this evening over there. Am sure you're not bored :)" He came over, went through the trash, and opened the front door before noticing that my boyfriend was at the house. He left and started texting me around 11PM- mad that I was having a "sleepover" with my boyfriend (guests were allowed per the lease). We had a back and forth that made me deeply uncomfortable. I vocalized that I felt unsafe- and he told me I could leave and he'd refund me. He never refunded me. VERY scary experience. Would not recommend to anyone, especially women

Great Location

I stayed for 5 months and it is the best location, near several hospitals. The owner was always available to answer any questions day or night. I felt safe coming in after working mid-shifts at 3am. Has all the utilities you may need. Washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, very spacious common areas. Great environment, professional houseguests and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Love this place

Stayed here for 7 months and loved it. The place is so peaceful and beautiful scenery. Big backyard, spacious living room, WI-FI, Netflix, laundry, all utilities. Reasonable pricing, and if youre a travel nurse, youre close to quite a few hospitals. The land lord is pleasant and understanding. Great person. Cannot wait to come back.

Ladies Beware!!!

Before I rented a space I talked to the owner C about the activities inside the house. I was told only female travelers was housed there(no men) and the house was very quiet. After working my first week I was looking forward to a quiet weekend. When I got off work Friday I came home to construction site that has been going on ever since. I was never told by C that construction would be taking place. Im left here along with two men who walks freely in and out of the house. Its extremely uncomfortable to have to walk in the common area in your pajamas with two men inside the house with you.

A Serene environment

I enjoyed my stay here for my 4weeks contract. It is a very quiet and serene home. The other travelers were very respectful you won't even know there are 6 people in the home. The owner who is also a nurse was very approachable and reachable at all times in case we needed anything. The best part is that you can literally walk to the 2 major hospitals there. And very close to all the stores as well. I forgot to mention that this home is for travelers alone, the owner doesn't live there. Just perfect for travelers.
