Great place!

I stayed with Derrick and Leslie for a 3 month contract. I couldn't have asked for better hosts. They were quick to respond and solved any issues without delay. The studio had everything I needed including an great outdoor space. Doodle's Theo and Mimi were friendly and always happy to see me after a long shift at the hospital. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and family oriented. I would highly recommend this space to anyone for a short or long term stay!

cottage studio

I stayed at their newly renovated cottage beside their house and it was perfect! The space was perfect for my 13 week contract at UW montlake! I had a private parking spot and the area felt very safe being a solo female traveler. Derrick and Leslie were amazing landlords and their 2 pups made my stay so fun!

Elise

I stayed in the basement suite for three months while on a nursing contract at Swedish Edmonds. The neighbourhood was safe and close to carkeek park which was a beautiful area to hang out at on beautiful days. There are also beautiful views of the ocean while walking in the neighbourhood as well. The suite itself had everything you would need. It was very clean and comfortable. Derrick and Leslie were the most accommodating, kind, and generous landlords you could ever ask for and have the sweetest two pups. If I ever took a travel contract back in Seattle I would definitely try to rent here again. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed in this studio for 2 months, March and April. We are traveling nurses and worked at Providence Swedish, Edmonds Campus, easy 15 min drive. The studio is in a safe great neighborhood and even has a view of the water! I ran to Carkeek park and back all the time. It is a perfect area for a runner/walker/biker. This studio is simply, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The sunny patio in the front was icing on the cake for us and felt very private. Derrick and Leslie could not be sweeter or more accommodating. As traveling nurses, they were by far our favorite landlords.

fabulous stay

Stayed at this lovely apartment for 12 week travel assignment at UW NW Hospital which is only a 3 min drive. The apartment is very clean and well appointed, Derrick and Leslie are just lovely people and super caring. There was a large storm one night they provided candles and a lighter and made sure I was safe. I felt very comfortable and would not hesitate to return.

Excellent place for short and long term stay

The unit is very well organized and the owners are very friendly. The place has everything I need, truly a wonderful place to live. There are many stores near by, very convenient. The area is quiet and near parks. The dogs are so cute, they will definitely be giving you a warm welcome. :)

Cozy Seattle Studio!

This little studio has been such a haven of joy during my time in Seattle. Derrick and Leslie are genuinely the best landlords - incredibly kind, attentive, thoughtful, quick to address any issues, and just always went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. They even have a couple of the sweetest pups to greet you at the gate! Ballard, Green Lake, Phinney Ridge and Shoreline are all close by with plenty of shopping, food and coffee shops. The studio is located in a safe and quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with the library, park, and a taphouse just a couple blocks away. There is even a view of the water and the Olympics from the street. The space is cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. I loved every moment I got to spend here, and truly cannot recommend it enough!

Gem find

So lucky to have called this my home for the summer. The unit was clean, spacious, and well supplied. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, you can even see a bit of the ocean! The owners are very kind and communicative, their dogs are friendly as well. I stayed in their downstairs unit which was cold and dark, perfect for night shift workers. The ceiling has been soundproof and theyre also quite mindful of their noise so as to allow you to sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable and the wifi/tv provided worked well!

Cozy cottage

Let me start off by saying that the owners are absolutely the best! Extremely accommodating, great communication, and didnt hesitate to quickly resolve any issues or concerns. The cottage has been so cozy and comfortable! Very well kept and clean on arrival. Bed was so comfortable, had everything I needed to make meals, perfect amount of space. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything you could need. Very private and never felt like anyone or anything intruded! The cutest pups to greet me which made being away from home and my own pups comforting:) Thank you so much D & L for the time here and sharing your lovely space with me. Its been amazing and I hope to come back!

If you're looking for a place in Seattle, look no further!!! D and L are by far the nicest people on earth. They made me feel at home upon my arrival and were super helpful during my stay. Don't hesitate to ask for restaurant/bar suggestions either, they'll give you a great list of places! They also will go above and beyond for you and assist you with anything you ask! They have two dogs and they are the friendliest dogs on earth! If you're lucky they'll even come up to the door and want to hang out with you! The space itself looks EXACTLY like the photos, it's clean and all the appliances are great! The water gets hot really quick and the bed in the studio is super comfy! If I am ever in Seattle again for a good amount of time I will definitely try to stay here again!!!

Cozy studio in North Seattle

My roommate and I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the A's studio rental from July to November. From the moment we arrived, we have been treated like family and given great tips for the area's "to do's" and good eats. While the space isn't very large, it has all the necessities + luxuries of a larger rental property. The two of us had plenty of space for our things because of the well thought out storage options. Even other amenities were provided like a small grill for outside and supplies for washing the cars. They have always been very accommodating to planned visitors and have been available to fix WIFI and other issues that arise on the property very quickly. You would be missing out not to stay here and enjoy the area in a safe and welcoming space! The pups and chickens around the yard are just another bonus. -T & L

Amazing find!

I cant say enough great things about this little studio! I stayed here for three months while working at Seattle Childrens Hospital. It has EVERYTHING you would need with an added bonus of a little patio space outside. Location was perfect for my commute to work and loved coming home to see two happy pups and two hens in the yard! You have your own privacy but the owners are just next door for any needs and so welcoming/nice! Would love to have stayed longer if I could but off to next contract!

Great accomodations- cute, cozy, and accessible

I am a medical advocate/navigator, and I found this cottage for clients to stay in while receiving medical care in Seattle. The cottage is clean, warm, cozy, and has everything you need, from laundry to cooking to WiFi and TV. The cottage is accessible for those with mobility difficulties. The landlords live on the property and are so helpful, but also give you privacy. The property is conveniently located with easy access to I-5 and local hospitals and businesses. I felt extremely lucky to have found this wonderful spot for my clients to stay for 5 months, and would happily steer any other clients toward this rental.

Charming cottage with modern amenities and great landlords!

My wife and I stayed at the Aionas new cottage in North Seattle for several months to be near the University of Washington Medical Centers. This Broadview district is surprisingly residential, with a protected and small neighborhood atmosphere. Although the unit is small, it is sparklingly new, smartly designed, and fully equipped with all new appliances. Not withstanding our need for two beds and the room for a wheelchair plus walker, we felt very comfortable, but think any more stuff would make it feel crowded. The large patio entrance and unusual window space made us feel we had our own separate house. Finally, the landlords were the most congenial and solicitous hosts imaginable. We were indeed most sorry to leave themlet alone their two dogs, two hens, and two young adult children.
