Gorgeous Spanish Style 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is a small basement unit that has all the essentials you would need for a short stay! I stayed here for a travel contract and Terri was able to provide everything I needed on short notice. She was quick to respond anytime I had questions or needed something. The unit itself is quite small, but has a full kitchen. The laundry and wash are a quick walk down the street. There is no A/C, but Terri was able to provide a small fan that worked great when it got a little too hot. The only drawback is that the entrance to the unit is kind of a closed off area where bugs like to congregate. It was hard to get into the unit without having flies and other insects get into the unit while the door was open for a brief second. Terri did provide some fly catchers, but it was still quite annoying to deal with. I imagine this is only really a problem during the summer. Overall, I had a really great stay at Terri's place!

Cute and Cozy Basement Studio

This downtown studio has been perfect for me! Terri has provided every amenity you could need and really made the most of the small space. There is storage aplenty for one person, maybe two if you don't have a ton of clothes. She provided me access to a secure storage space for my bikes, board, skis, boxes, luggage, etc. All in all, I'm very comfortable and happy I found this listing for my travel assignment in Colorado Springs!
