An amazing home away from home for the year
Living here was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone moving to the Dayton area. The location is excellent. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need for day-to-day life. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything needed to move in and get settled quickly. One of the highlights of my experience was the landlord, Lee. She knows the area extremely well and went out of her way to help me get oriented and feel at home. Her kindness and responsiveness made the transition to a new city so much easier. And I have to mention Lee's dad, Bill, who lives in the building. He was truly the best part of living here. He made me feel welcome, and because of him I felt like I was part of the community almost immediately. I really cannot recommend this place more. I have been here just over a year and it's been great!

Great Stay!
Landlord was quick to respond and easy to talk to. The apartment was older, but well maintained and filled with useful items for a furnished apartment.

Excellent place to stay. Great location, very affordable, and the landlord is extremely accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The time I lived here served as a great introduction to the Dayton area.

Great Property!
Clean apartment, quiet neighbors, great area! Fully furnished with anything you need, and the landlord is very accommodating and friendly if there's anything else you may need! Great location, easily accessible parking, and it's great having laundry on site. Would definitely recommend these apartments and hopefully I'll be back one day! Thank you for giving me a comfortable, safe apartment to live in during my assignment.

Great location, safe, clean.
I was so pleased with this apartment. It is in a great location, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to a great grocery store, kinda like a Whole Foods. I worked nights during this contract and this place was quite during the day. Which to any night shifter is super important. It was so great to have my own place with a kitchen and living area. The owner was so easy to work with and friendly. I can't say enough about this place.
