Amazing!

Shalisa and her husband made our stay stress free. They were super helpful and attentive to any questions and concerns we had. Highly recommend! The property is very quiet, great location, easy to get mail delivered, and all the neighbors were quiet and friendly. We also loved the laundry facilities.

wonderful

The unit is clean and felt like home. Everything you need is provided. The landlords are a very nice couple and manager the property well. They are very attentive to anything that needs attention on the property. I loved my stay here and I wish I could've stayed longer. The couches are comfortable and the beds are too.

Perfect spot

This place was perfect and very reasonably priced. On a quiet street, plenty of parking. Very attentive landlords that maintain the place very well. Everything you need is supplied. Shared laundry on site. If I return for another contract I wont even bother looking anywhere else if this place is available.

Comfy apartment

This apartment was a very comfortable home away from home while working here in Binghamton. The location was convenient to the highway and shopping/restaurants. The owners responded quickly to any questions or concerns. A quiet and safe neighborhood to stay.

Quiet neighborhood. The owner is very kind and accommodating. She responds in a timely manner as well. The apartment is spacious. I felt safe because there were security cameras around the house and also in the laundry room. All my neighbors in this multi house were also very friendly and respectful. I was worried about the noises/thin walls from other rooms/apartments in the house. However, I have no complaints about any noises. The only downside for me was that the house was low on the ground and almost like a basement. Hence, there were a lot insects that were coming inside the house (it's also probably because it's the summer time) but they were harmless! It was furnished well and I only needed to buy laundry hamper! It's 10 mins away from Guthrie and right off the highway. It's also very close to grocery stores and Guthrie fitness gym (with a really good discount and highly recommend too!) Overall, I was happy to stay in this place. Highly recommend it!

Great Location & Comfortable

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Binghamton for work. The location was fantastic, nestled in a charming neighborhood where we met friendly neighbors. My wife and I took long walks with our dog, Knuckles, and found the apartment offered ample space for the three of us. Additionally, the convenience of a nearby bridge allowed us to easily access Otsiningo Park, making our stay great.

not worth the hassle

The front door to the building does not shut all the way so anyone could come inside and be waiting when you come in. Sounds are amplified and we got constant complaints that we were making too much noise even though we were extra quiet. Roof leaked onto my head, but they were working in the roof when I moved out 2 weeks after they were told. Apartment layout is weird. You have to enter through one of the bedrooms, walk through the other bedroom, then the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room to get to the living room. There is a door in the living room but we didn't get a key to go in that way. The stairs are very steep and not in great shape. Would not recommend any apartment in this building. We had to move out due to the landlady's constant texts.

Very comfortable, great location

Very comfortable quiet apartment with everything you need, and a well stocked kitchen. Great location right off 81. Owners very responsive and a delight to talk to. Only 10 minutes to Lourdes and lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Nice neighborhood

Nice third floor apartment in an older home. Spacious and clean. Outdoor space, nice quieter neighborhood which was very good for this night shifter! Otsiningo Park within walking distance. Close to needed amenities and hospitals. Owners responsive and quick if there were concerns or issues (there weren't many). Would stay again/ work with them again!
