Great location, best landlords

We lived here for 9 months and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to the BWI Parkway, and the property includes a private parking space. The house has excellent heating and air conditioning, plus security cameras for added peace of mind. Inside the apartment, everything is well equipped: a full kitchen with dishwasher and utensils, washer and dryer, and well-insulated windows that keep the space quiet and comfortable. The patio is perfect for BBQs or relaxing afternoons. Most importantly, the landlords truly made the difference. They were always attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our comfort, making us feel welcome from day one. We absolutely recommend this place. Thank you, Ben and Alan!

I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely loved it! The landlord and his son are super sweet! They made sure everything was fixed up before I arrived, brought extra blankets once it got cold outside, and were very easy to reach! This place is perfect for someone new to Baltimore since it's so close to downtown. A 15 minute walk to the inner harbor with several restaurants, 2 blocks from the Orioles Stadium and a short walk to the Ravens Stadium, and there's even a grocery/liquor store that's a block away! The neighborhood is cute with a park on the same block and another one two blocks away that's perfect for taking your dog to (the neighborhood even has a dog lovers club ). The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need including a full kitchen and washer and dryer! The outdoor patio is also a huge plus! Not to mention that you get free parking for 2 cars which is hard to find! I will absolutely be coming back to stay with A when I come back to Baltimore!

Great Location & Size

Owners are responsive & kind. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is amazing in the city. Small patio w/ grill great for setting up a chair & spending time outside. Spacious with two bedrooms and a small desk setup in the living room. Updated kitchen. Neighborhood is great with walkable restaurants, stadiums, harbor. Only major downside for us was some maintenance needed (there was a leak in the laundry room ceiling for the entire duration of our stay).

Great place!

This apartment is well cared for and it's in the beautiful Ridgely's Delight neighborhood. Walking distance to Oriole Park, UM Hospital, and many restaurants. You can walk to the Inner Harbor too (15-20 min walk) and it's just off of 395. It comes with parking for two cars, washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen. I had a very pleasant stay. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. The rooftop deck is a great plus!! Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay there again.
